TCRA Developer / AnalystDomain: Technology / Consumer Electronics / Product EngineeringLocation: Austin, TX / Remote within the USAWork Arrangement: Hybrid in Austin (Tuesday–Thursday onsite; Monday & Friday remote) or fully remote, based on business requirementsContract: Long-TermExperience: 5–10 yearsJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced TCRA (Teamcenter Reporting & Analytics) Developer / Analyst with strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM and reporting/analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, configuring, and supporting TCRA solutions in enterprise PLM environments.The selected candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements, develop analytics solutions, and support Teamcenter reporting capabilities within a large-scale technology and product engineering environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and maintain Teamcenter Reporting & Analytics (TCRA) solutions.Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical views based on business requirements.Work with Teamcenter PLM data models, objects, relationships, and workflows.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions.Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting from Teamcenter.Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and analytics issues.Collaborate with PLM architects, developers, business analysts, and end users.Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.Participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.Support enhancements and continuous improvements to Teamcenter reporting capabilities.Required Qualifications5–10 years of hands-on Teamcenter PLM experience.Strong experience with Teamcenter Reporting & Analytics (TCRA).Experience developing and maintaining Teamcenter reports and dashboards.Strong understanding of Teamcenter data structures and PLM processes.Experience working with enterprise-scale PLM environments.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred SkillsTeamcenter reporting/analytics customization.Knowledge of Teamcenter BMIDE, workflows, and data models.Strong SQL and database knowledge.Experience with PLM integrations and enterprise reporting environments.Experience supporting large-scale engineering, manufacturing, or product development organizations.Work AuthorizationCandidates authorized to work in the USA under the applicable engagement model may be considered, including H-1B, H-4 EAD, GC EAD, L1/L2, CPT, and OPT.CompensationW2: $60–$64/hourC2C: $67–$69/hourRate is dependent on experience, location, and engagement terms.Additional InformationLong-term contract opportunity.Austin, TX candidates preferred for the hybrid arrangement.Remote candidates within the USA may also be considered, subject to business approval.Immediate interview process for qualified candidates.
