In fact, over the past 8 years, we've sold over 20,000 barns, garages, and warehouses!Fun, dynamic, and fast-paced, we are actively seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales and Marketing Representative to join our WESTSHORE Tampa team. Close to St. Pete, and the Tampa airport, and right in the middle of it all! In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base through proactive outreach, engaging communication, and strategic marketing initiatives. With one month of paid training, and 90 days of continued support to make sure you have all the tools necessary. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and promote our innovative products and services. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills while making a tangible impact on our growth trajectory.DutiesConduct outbound calls, including warm calling to existing contactsEngage in B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts by presenting tailored solutions that meet client needsUtilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines effectivelyDevelop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services across various channelsNegotiate terms with clients to close sales deals while ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnershipsProvide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, understanding client requirements, and offering technical sales support when neededCollaborate with the business development team to identify market trends, potential leads, and new areas for growthQualificationsExperience or aptitude in Inspection processes to ensure quality and complianceStrong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionallyStrong communication and customer service skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team membersWillingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in construction or project management is a plusExperience in or passion for the construction or building industry is a bonusTraining$40,000 through first month of training, and thereafter + bonuses paid each month averaging $4,000-$7,000/monthlyMany of our reps make $60,000+ and push close to six figures with the right amount of work ethic, it's possible!Our Top rep this year receives a ROLEX watch!Join us as an Inside Sales and Marketing Representative if you’re passionate about driving growth through innovative sales tactics, enjoy engaging with diverse clients, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
