JOB DESCRIPTIONAMG Summit - Obstetrics/Gynecology• About Facility:o Outpatient Clinico Address: 36500 Aurora Dr., Summit, WI 53066• Unit Information:o Beds: 24-30o Minimum Years of Experience required? 2 years of clinic experience, at least one of those must be OBGYNo Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes• Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:o OB - early OB workups and viability, ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage, growth scans, placental complications, dopplers (will be done MFM)• High-risk patients: multiples, Chronic DM, gestational diabetes, PIH, chronic HTNo GYN - Menstrual disorders, Gynecological Infections, Reproductive Health conditions, cancer-related diagnoses, Menopausal and Hormone related issues; contraceptive management and family planning• Menopause clinic justo Will be assigned a specific provider but could also work with other providers at times• Required License, National Certification, Certs:o BLS, FHM?• Skills required:o In-basket management, phone triaging, chaperoning procedures, some in office procedures, rooming OB patients, medication refills, etc. Must be comfortable working directly with physicians.• Support within the Department:o 7 physicians, (6 OB, 1 GYN)o Office managero Office Supervisoro Primary nurses (7-assigned to providers)-triage calls, assist with procedureso 2-3 MA per podo Scheduler• Technology/Equipment:o EMR: EPIC (highly preferred)o Unit specific equipment: NST machine - bands on belly• Floating: If yes, where?o Rarely, but could float to the Waukesha OBGYN clinics - W. 231 N. 1440 Corporate Court and 1005 Spring City Dr.• Orientation (facility and unit):o 3-5 days, based off comfort level• Scheduling:o Weekend rotation: Noneo On call? Noneo Holiday Expectations: No major holidays - 1⁄2 day Christmas Eve, will work NYE not NYDo RTO: ok to approve 7 dayso Shift times: Four 10h shifts OR allowed to work M,W,Th,F 0730-1700 with a 1⁄2 day on Tuesdayo Schedule cycle: see above• Other notes:o Scrub Color: Any solid color, no graphics or designs
