Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycle activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and drive organizational goals. The Project Manager will utilize industry-standard methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe to optimize project outcomes and support continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet. Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure in accordance with established project management methodologies. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables. Manage project scope through scope management practices and conduct risk assessments utilizing root cause analysis and risk management techniques. Oversee program development, program management, and project portfolio management to align projects with organizational strategy. Implement change management strategies to adapt to evolving project needs while minimizing disruption. Coordinate with vendors and manage contracts to ensure quality standards are met and deliverables are achieved on time. Conduct meetings for progress updates, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement while facilitating effective communication across teams. Monitor project performance using earned value management techniques to ensure projects stay within budget and schedule. Support process management initiatives including business process modeling, data analysis, content management systems, ERP systems, and IT infrastructure projects. Requirements Proven experience in project management with a strong background in supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively through conflict resolution and negotiation. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on requirements analysis, scope management, time management, cost control, and risk mitigation. Experience in program development, product lifecycle management, vendor management, IT project management or related fields is preferred. Technical expertise in data collection/analysis skills along with familiarity with ERP systems or content/content management systems is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills for presentation delivery and technical writing to facilitate stakeholder understanding. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities using Agile or Scrum frameworks; familiarity with SAFe is a plus.
