Pilates Instructor
Key Responsibilities:
Lead engaging, safe, and effective Pilates classes for a variety of skill levels.
Adapt exercises and routines to accommodate participants’ needs and fitness levels.
Ensure proper form, alignment, and technique, providing hands-on adjustments when appropriate.
Promote a positive and motivating environment that encourages participation and wellness.
Maintain professional communication with clients and property or corporate managers.
Manage class logistics including setup, equipment, and clean-up.
Occasionally assist with special wellness events, workshops, or private sessions.
Requirements:
Prior experience teaching Pilates is required.
Knowledge of Mat Pilates and equipment-based Pilates is preferred.
Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and movement safety.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to teach weekday evenings and weekend mornings, and occasionally during corporate or community-specific time slots.
Public transportation is recommended.
