Job Description:Verify that all vehicles secured the night before are on the lot and windows are marked with last six of the VIN, client, key status, and drivabilityKeep track of appointments, delivery times, and transport informationHandling customer personal property pick-ups and vehicle redemptionsRecord daily deliveries and releases to reconcile inventoryAssist and support the Repossession Agents when neededOver see that all personal property from all vehicles, create a detailed inventory in company apps and stored properlyMonitor the property area and remove outdated propertyCommunicate with statewide team membersRequirements1-2 years' relevant customer service experience -recovery or collections preferredHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredGood computer and keyboarding skills with the ability to operate a tablet with appsWorking knowledge of the repossession process, account handling, and vendor communication preferredDetail-oriented and the ability to multitaskMust be extremely organized be able to stay on track for upcoming time-sensitive deadlinesExceptional interpersonal skills, professional, courteous with outstanding oral and written communication skillsAbility to work with a diverse customer and workforce populationAssertive individual with effective investigative and follow up skillsAbility to work well on a team and focus on results, exhibit adaptability and flexibility in a fast pace environmentWork and communicate well with other team membersPhysical Requirements:• Use a tablet, laptop, and cell phonePowered by JazzHR
