Production Support Lead

Role: Production Support Lead –Informatica and IICS/IDMC/CDI with L3 supportLocation: Raleigh, NC (Remote)Type Full Time Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesProvide L2/L3 production support for Informatica‑based ETL and data integration solutionsMonitor Informatica workflows, sessions, and mappings to ensure successful data loads and timely processingAnalyze and resolve job failures, data issues, performance degradations, and SLA breachesSupport incident, problem, and change management processes related to data pipelinesPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and document fixes and preventive actionsCoordinate with business analysts, data engineers, and application teams to understand data issues and operational requirementsAssist with deployments, configuration changes, and environment promotion (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD)Validate data loads through reconciliation, data quality checks, and log analysisSupport post‑deployment verification and ongoing application maintenanceMaintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support checklistsProvide on‑call or after‑hours support as required for critical data processesRequired Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsHands‑on experience supporting Informatica PowerCenter / IICS / ETL workflowsStrong understanding of: ETL job execution and monitoringWorkflow/session logs and error troubleshootingSource‑to‑target data validationExperience with SQL for data analysis and issue investigationFamiliarity with Unix/Linux commands and scheduling toolsUnderstanding of data warehouses, batch processing, and file‑based integrationsExposure to deployment, release, and environment management
