Role Description We are seeking a full-time Mighty Ally to join our team on-site in Grand Prairie, TX. In this role, you will assist with coordinating initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), drive collaborations across teams, and support employee engagement programs. You will contribute to implementing strategies and partnerships that nurture an inclusive workplace culture while maintaining alignment with DTCC’s core values and goals. Qualifications Strong experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices and people engagementEffective communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and coordinate cross-functional effortsProficiency in data analysis, reporting, and metrics trackingFamiliarity with corporate policies and compliance standards is an advantageStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in human resources or organizational development is beneficialBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field is preferred
