Full‑time onsite work is also available by choice.Job DescriptionInsight Global is partnering with a top healthcare organization on the West Coast to hire a Service Center Representative for a Medicare and Special Projects team in San Diego. This role supports critical health plan enrollment, billing, and membership operations and is ideal for candidates who excel in detail‑driven, high‑volume environments.The Service Center Representative will spend the majority of their time performing heavy data entry (80%), along with outbound phone calls (20%) to support enrollment and account maintenance activities. Responsibilities include processing enrollments and terminations, managing retroactive adjustments, reconciling billing discrepancies, supporting eligibility inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely billing.This role also involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to explain health plan policies, resolve complex billing or membership issues, and support sales and service operations. Additional responsibilities may include document scanning and indexing, office services support, productivity tracking, participation in improvement initiatives, and assisting with training efforts.Qualifications2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field preferredStrong data entry skills with high attention to detailExcellent computer skills and ability to multitask across multiple systemsHigh School Diploma or equivalentSuccessful completion of a required assessment with strong scores in Data Entry, Learning Potential, and ThoroughnessMust live within commuting distance of the San Diego (92108) worksite
