First and foremost, we're seeking individuals who possess self-management and confidence, as you'll be responsible for delivering the Girl Scout program independently. Active listening skills are crucial, as you'll be working closely with youth members and their families to understand their needs and interests. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information and building relationships with various stakeholders.While experience working with youth is preferred, it is not mandatory. Additionally, candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess basic computer skills, have the ability to lift 35 lbs, hold a valid driver's license with a good driving record, and have access to reliable transportation.If you have these skills and qualifications, we'd love to have you on our team!
