Director of Operations

A rapidly growing Fast Casual restaurant group based on the north side of Chicago is seeking a Chief Operating Officer / Managing Director to help lead and scale an emerging multi-unit concept with expansion plans already underway.This is a unique opportunity for an experienced operator to step into a highly visible leadership role where you will directly influence operations, culture, systems, profitability, and future growth.Who We're Looking For:You're more than an operations executive - you're a builder, mentor, strategist, and culture driver.You have a passion for developing people, creating operational excellence, and building scalable restaurant systems that support long-term growth.
