Role Description We are seeking a Full-Time Sales Supervisor to join our team on-site at our Tulsa, OK location. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and support the team in meeting sales objectives. You will assist in team development, uphold store standards, and act as a role model to inspire an outstanding shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, executing visual merchandising directives, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Qualifications Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to drive revenue and engage customers.Leadership and supervisory experience, including coaching, mentoring, and team motivation.Experience with visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.Ability to manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and adhere to operational processes.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for staff collaboration and customer engagement.Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Previous retail experience, particularly in the luxury or fashion industry, is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; some post-secondary education in retail, business, or related fields is preferred.
