Foundation Health Partners is actively recruiting an ambitious Physician Assistant to join our Outpatient Internal Medicine & Senior Care Clinic.
The Opportunity
The FHP Internal Medicine & Senior Care Clinic is home to an experienced team of providers who offer a range of services, from preventive care to diagnosing and managing chronic or complex conditions. We are deeply committed to preserving Medicare access in Interior Alaska and ensuring that all patients, regardless of insurance type, have access to quality healthcare. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing services to patients grappling with chronic and multisystem disorders. Collaborate seamlessly with your dedicated care team and become integral to our mission to deliver exceptional, patient‑centric care.
Compensation and Schedule
Compensation: Starting at a base of $147,112, with additional opportunity to increase earnings through productivity. $40k sign‑on bonus.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday 40 hours per week, 7 weeks ATO, 2 weeks CME.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Approved to practice by the State Joint Board on the Regulation of Physician's Assistants.
NCCPA certification required.
Exhibits exemplary professional demeanor and interpersonal relationship skills.
Proficiency in computer applications and database management.
Experience, confidence, and judgment to function with little outside direction.
Ability to maintain CME currency as required to maintain NCCPA certification.
Personal DEA license required.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree preferred.
Experience in a clinical setting with supervision preferred.
ACLS, PALS, ATLS, and/or Neonatal Resuscitation certifications desirable.
