Dockhand/Retail Associate

If you enjoy the great outdoors and all the lake has to offer, come join our team at pardee Lake Recreation Area. Our California Lakes are noted for excellent fishing and boating. We have a dockhand/retail position available. The dockhand/retail associate position includes but is not limited to:Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Handle customer complaints and returns professionally. Assist with boat rentals. Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems, including handling cash, checks, and credit card payments. Must be able to count back change. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and organize displays to ensure a well-maintained shopping environment. Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively and safely. Team Collaboration: Work with team members to meet sales targets and store goals, participating in training and development opportunities to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Greet and assisting boat owners and guests upon arrival and departure. Secure boats to docks. Assist guests with docking procedures, educate guests on marina regulations. Perform daily inspections of docks to identify safety hazards. Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as repairing dock lines, heavy lifting of boats/motors. Clean and maintain marina facilities.
