Resolve field issues collaboratively and serve as senior technical resource for CM procedures and inspection practices.* Client & Stakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain strong long-term client relationships; serve as a trusted advisor to clients, agency partners, and project stakeholders.* Team Leadership & OperationsMentor and develop staff while supporting team operations, staffing, and resource planning, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.* Business Development, Marketing & Group GrowthSupport and lead business development efforts, including proposals, scope development, fee estimates, and client presentations, while identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen market presence.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent jobsite experience10+ years of construction management experience on public infrastructure projects5+ years of supervisory or leadership experienceFamiliarity with WSDOT Standard Specifications and WSDOT Construction ManualProven success in proposal development and client presentationsValid WA driver's licenseAbility to work on-site in active construction environments, including walking on uneven surfaces, climbing, and exposure to varying site conditionsExperience leading teams or mentoring staff is a plusActive Washington PE and/or CCM certification is a plusCompensation & BenefitsPay Range: $140,000 - $190,000/annual (commensurate with experience)Vehicle Benefit: Auto allowance or company provided vehicleIncentives: Discretionary bonus and recognition programsTime Off: 3 - 4 weeks PTO plus 8 paid holidaysTotal Rewards: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family, along with employee ownership and retirement benefits.Our Hiring ApproachOur recruiting team reviews every application personally and will keep candidates informed throughout the process.
