This role involves working closely with UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver conversational experiences that enhance customer interaction.Key Responsibilities• Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performing chatbot UIs using modern front-end frameworks.• Integrate chatbot interfaces with backend APIs and conversational AI platforms.• Collaborate with UX teams to ensure intuitive design and seamless user experience.• Optimize performance for multiple devices and browsers.• Implement secure coding practices and adhere to enterprise standards.• Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues promptly.Required Skills & Qualifications• Front-End Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.• Frameworks & Libraries: React.js (or Angular/Vue), Redux or similar state management tools.• Chatbot Platforms: Experience with conversational UI frameworks (e.g., Bot Framework Web Chat, Rasa UI).• API Integration: RESTful services, JSON handling.• UI/UX Principles: Responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG).• Tools: Git, npm/yarn, build tools (Webpack, Babel).• Testing: Unit and integration testing (Jest, Cypress).• Familiarity with enterprise deployment environments and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.Nice to Have• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP) for chatbot hosting.• Understanding of conversational AI concepts and NLP integration.
