Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Westwood, NJ. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of day-to-day tasks, including managing administrative operations, handling clerical work, maintaining professional phone and communication etiquette, and supporting executive staff with administrative needs. The role requires excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to ensure smooth operations of the office and support to all staff. Qualifications Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical WorkProficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance tasksExcellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skillsAbility to manage time effectively and multitaskFamiliarity with common office software and toolsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plusExperience in providing administrative support in an educational or child-focused environment is preferred
