We guarantee you won't find a better place to work and thrive than at Blueprint.In This Role In this role, you will serve as a key production partner to studio leadership, supporting the day‐to‐day execution of multiple projects within a long‐standing, fan‐driven game franchise. You will help manage development workflows, coordinate across internal and external teams, and ensure that features, content, and live initiatives are delivered with high quality and on schedule.You will operate as a central point of communication and organization, translating strategy into actionable plans, tracking complex workstreams, and proactively removing blockers. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast‐paced production environment, is highly detail‐oriented, and is deeply invested in delivering exceptional player experiences.Key Responsibilities Identify, track, manage, and report on assigned tasks and work items across multiple projectsCoordinate cross‐functional efforts related to features, game content, events, testing, localization, publishing initiatives, product extensions, and user engagementReview development schedules and roadmaps, providing informed feedback and recommendationsCollaborate closely with internal and external partners to resolve blockers and maintain progress toward development and release milestonesCommunicate clear, regular status updates on critical work items to stakeholders at multiple levelsActively improve and unblock workflows by leveraging existing tools or implementing new processes as neededProduce clear, readable reports and dashboards for a wide range of audiences, from individual contributors to leadershipOrganize and lead meetings effectively, ensuring action items are documented, tracked, and followed throughProvide flexible support to other producers and project managers as project needs evolveRequired Qualifications 5+ years of experience in project management or production for PC and/or console video gamesProducer or project management credit on at least two shipped PC or console titlesStrong experience organizing and leading meetings, including tracking decisions and follow‐up actionsProven ability to use project management tools—especially Azure DevOps or similar systems—to track work, build dashboards, and communicate project statusDemonstrated experience producing structured, audience‐appropriate reports for teammates and leadershipExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, interdependent workstreamsProactive, self‐directed mindset with the ability to identify gaps and needs without promptingComfort working in fast‐moving, distributed team environments, including remote collaborationWillingness to work flexible hours as project demands requirePassion for games and an understanding of gaming culture and player expectationsPreferred / Nice‐to‐Have Qualifications Familiarity with a long‐running real‐time strategy franchise or similar genre experienceExperience working on live, games‐as‐a‐service productsStrong PC gaming background and general PC technical knowledgeScrum certification (Scrum Master and/or Product Owner)Working familiarity with programming languages such as C#, C++, or similar, and basic engineering conceptsAbility to provide thoughtful perspective and feedback that helps improve overall product quality and franchise directionSalary Range At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $45-$48.08 USD hourly . Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
