Systems Engineer | MSP

This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, infrastructure stability, and hands-on support across Microsoft environments, virtualization platforms, and client networks. You will work closely with the team to resolve complex issues, support infrastructure improvements, and maintain a high standard of service delivery. Core Focus • Advanced troubleshooting across Windows environments and Microsoft 365 • Active Directory administration including GPO management and domain optimization • Supporting virtualization environments including RDS and Horizon • Installation and configuration of applications and Office environments • Coordinating with vendors and third-party platforms used by client organizations • Maintaining accurate documentation and service records What We Are Looking For • 2 or more years of experience working with a Managed Services Provider • Strong Microsoft 365 and desktop support background • Active Directory administration and GPO experience • Experience supporting xywuqvp virtualization platforms such as RDS or Horizon • Solid networking fundamentals including VLANs and routing basics • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Compensation and Benefits • $85,000 to $95,000 base salary • Performance bonuses • Medical and Dental Insurance • Short term and long term disability coverage • 401k with 3% company match • 3 weeks PTO • 8 paid holidays • Certification reimbursement program • Mileage reimbursement
