About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Robotics Simulation Engineer with strong expertise in building high-fidelity simulation environments and synthetic data pipelines using NVIDIA Isaac Sim or similar platforms.In this role, you will develop scalable and realistic virtual environments to support the training and validation of robotic systems, including perception, planning, and manipulation models. You will collaborate closely with robotics and AI teams to accelerate model development through advanced simulation and data workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop simulation environments that replicate real-world robotic tasks and manufacturing scenariosBuild and manage synthetic data generation pipelines, including:Sensor simulation (RGB, depth, segmentation, point clouds)Domain randomization and object placementDevelop and maintain data processing workflows ensuring quality, traceability, and ML pipeline compatibilityOptimize simulation performance, realism, and scalabilityCollaborate with robotics engineers and ML teams to support sim-to-real (sim2real) transferPerform testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of simulation setupsDocument processes and establish best practices for reproducibility and team knowledge sharingRequired QualificationsMaster's or PhD in Robotics, Computer Graphics, Computer Vision, or related field3+ years of hands-on experience in:Robotics simulationSynthetic data generationVirtual environment developmentProficiency with tools such as Isaac Sim, Omniverse, or similar platformsStrong programming skills in Python and/or C++Experience with simulation APIs and data annotation toolsSolid understanding of:3D visionSensor modelingDomain randomization techniquesExperience integrating simulation outputs into machine learning pipelinesPreferred QualificationsExperience with robotics frameworks such as ROS/ROS2, MoveIt, Nav2Familiarity with simulation and game engines like Gazebo, MuJoCo, Unreal, or UnityBackground in industrial automation, autonomous systems, or robotic manipulationPublications or contributions in conferences such as ICRA, RSS, CVPRExperience with modern development tools and workflows:GitHub, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Bash, BazelWhy Join UsWork on cutting-edge robotics and AI technologiesContribute to large-scale, real-world manufacturing innovationCollaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly technical environmentOpportunity to shape the future of robotic simulation and automation
