Join KPS Life as a Clinical Study Specialist (CSS)Are you passionate about clinical trial execution and ready to make a tangible impact in the biotech space? We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Clinical Study Specialist to join our clinical study team!In this role, you will be the backbone of our clinical trial execution, providing critical technical and administrative support for both internally sourced studies and outsourced CRO studies.What you'll be doing:Coordinating clinical study team meetings and compiling essential study manuals/binders.Tracking site activation, enrollment, and monitoring visits to keep our projects on target.Performing scheduled reconciliations of the study Trial Master File (TMF).Managing site communications and potentially overseeing Third Party Vendors.Proactively recommending process improvements to help our team operate at its best!What we are looking for:• A Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of industry-related experience (or an advanced degree with 1-2 years of relevant work).• Technical proficiency in trial management systems (CTMS, EDC, IWRS/IVRS) and MS applications.• Basic familiarity with clinical drug development, medical terminology, and ICH/GCP awareness.• A proactive, resourceful problem-solver who excels at building relationships internally and externally.Location: This is a flexible hybrid role! You must be able to work on-site 3 days per week at one of our client offices in Warren, NJ; Cambridge, MA; Armonk, NY; or Tarrytown, NY .
