This is a physically demanding role assisting with machine operations, quality checks, and maintaining a clean work environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist with machine setup and productionFollow work orders and ensure product qualityMonitor production and report issuesMaintain clean and organized work areaSupport changeovers and assist operatorsRequirements:Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferredMust be able to lift 50+ lbs and walk/stand for long periodsBasic math skills and ability to read a tape measureAbility to distinguish colors
