Project Manager

Noble CM Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of CM-at-Risk projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for overall project performance, including cost control, schedule management, contract administration, and owner communication, while working closely with field leadership to ensure successful execution. ResponsibilitiesManage CM-at-Risk projects from preconstruction through closeoutLead preconstruction efforts including budgeting, estimating, constructability reviews, and GMP developmentDevelop and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reportingOversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and buyout strategyCoordinate with Superintendents to align field execution with project goalsManage project schedules, change management, and risk mitigationServe as the primary point of contact with Owners, Designers, and ConsultantsAdminister contracts, submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and change ordersEnsure compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and Noble CM Group proceduresLead project closeout, including documentation, warranties, and owner turnoverQualifications7+ years of commercial construction experience3+ years in a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager roleExperience delivering projects using CM-at-Risk or negotiated delivery modelsStrong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, and cost controlAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project teamsAbility to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction schedulesProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, estimating, and scheduling softwareStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsPreferredPublic-sector or institutional CMAR experienceBackground in education, municipal, healthcare, or commercial constructionExperience with GMP development and value engineeringLEAN construction experience Why Noble CM GroupOwner-focused CM-at-Risk delivery modelCollaborative culture with empowered project teamsMeaningful projects with real responsibility and accountabilityGrowing firm with long-term career advancement opportunities
