Occupational Therapist

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care and support in various settings, including clinics, home health, and inpatient facilities. Experience in geriatrics, case management, discharge planning, and speech therapy is highly valued. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans Provide occupational therapy interventions to enhance patients' independence and quality of life Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Utilize physiology knowledge to address patients' physical and mental health needs Perform evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Experience Previous experience in clinic, home health, or inpatient settings is preferred Proficiency in geriatric care and discharge planning Familiarity with speech therapy techniques Strong background in patient care and case management Solid understanding of physiology to guide treatment interventions Job Type: Contract Pay: $60.00 - $64.00 per hour Schedule: Day shift License/Certification: Occupational Therapy License (Required) Ability to Commute: Sunnyvale, CA (Required) Work Location: In person
