Requirement Onsite supportResponsibilitiesServe as primary IT Point of Contact for expedited support and participate in Rapid Response Team triage and Daily Performance MeetingsAssist network support and infrastructure teams with troubleshooting and projectsSupport Client SPOC with Reliability Calls for high priority tickets P1 P2 investigation and resolutionAid local hardware support team with printers and shop floor peripheralsCoordinate application support incidents in the manufacturing plantAct as a SPOC for BUIT Business Team Local support and external vendorsResolve connection issues with weighing scales including MOXA replacements and network componentsCollaborate with MLL Workstation engineering WESS team to resolve OS and workstation build issuesTest network connectivity changes including wireless and patchingCoordinate client application installations and ensure proper functioningLiaise with equipment vendors for repair and maintenanceProvide initial troubleshooting for application issues and coordinate escalate to resolutionSupport IQOQ testing and technical change control activitiesQualifications SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience in Site IT support and incident managementProficient in ITIL process and Service Asset ManagementGxP knowledge strongly desiredKnowledgeable in network infrastructureAbility to work independently and provide off hours supportStrong multitasking and coordination skillsPreferred additional SkillsPharma manufacturing experience with IT Infra knowledgeMES knowledge is an added advantageCross Team Dept CoordinationFamiliarity with general Project Management principlesKnowledge of multiple Operating Systems DbsSkillsMandatory Skills : Shopfloor Field SupportApply today or share profiles at priya@smartitframe.com
