What Were Looking ForThe ideal candidate brings: A strong background inBusiness Travel and Corporate Group Saleswithin a major metropolitan market Expertise in sellingBT Proven success in developing and growing key accounts Confidence in prospecting, negotiating, and closing Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence internal teams and external partners Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard sales systems A valid drivers license for local travel and client engagement Key ResponsibilitiesLead all sales initiatives across group, transient, and meeting segments to maximize occupancy and revenue Build and execute annual sales strategies, budgets, and marketing plans Conduct outside sales calls, client entertainment, site tours, and account development activities Negotiate contracts and ensure all agreements support revenue goals Monitor market trends and adjust deployment strategies accordingly Track performance of top accounts and identify new revenue opportunities Partner closely with hotel leadership to train staff on sales awareness and service standards Oversee the event and catering sales process to ensure meeting space and F&B revenue targets are met Maintain strong relationships within the local business community and industry organizations Represent the property at networking events, trade shows, and client functions Support hiring, training, and development of the sales team Travel locally and regionally as needed for business development What We Offer$60,000$68,000 base salary , depending on experience High?earning bonus structure up to 40%tied to performance Healthcare and insurance benefits 401K Mileage PTO Employee Discounts A stable, supportive ownership group and a property with strong market potential The opportunity to lead sales strategy for a well?located hotel in a thriving business corridor
