Occupational Therapist (OT)Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for infants, children, and young adults. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy; augmentative and alternative communication; mental health counseling, applied behavior analysis, and early intervention services.Pediatric Partners is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our collaborative, mission-driven pediatric team in St. Cloud, MN. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, this is an opportunity to grow your career while making meaningful change in the lives of children and families throughout the lifespan.This role offers a dynamic caseload, combining outpatient services at our clinic with in-house occupational therapy services at partnered ABA centers throughout the city.As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you'll support children with a wide range of needsincluding medically complex, developmental, and behavioral challengeshelping them build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.Approximately 50% outpatient services at our clinicApproximately 50% in-house services within 12 partnered ABA centers (subject to change based on caseload needs).Travel within the city to ABA centers is required; mileage reimbursement is providedKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plansProvide direct therapy services in outpatient clinic settings and within partnered ABA centersTravel locally to ABA clinics to deliver in-house OT services as well as within the traditional outpatient clinic setting.Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomesRecommend adaptive equipment and educate families on effective useComplete timely, accurate documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries)Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary care teamWhat You Bring:Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited programActive North Dakota and/or Minnesota OT license (or eligible by start date)Passion for working with children and familiesPediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
