Operations Administrative Assistant
BRAVAS is the nation's #1 luxury home technology integrator, designing and installing premium smart home systems, including A/V, lighting, shades, networking, security, and more, for some of the most spectacular homes in the country. We're looking for an Operations Administrative Assistant to keep our Nashville area location running smoothly and support the leaders who make it happen.The Role:You'll work directly with the Location Operations Manager, providing day-to-day administrative support across operations, project management, sales, and client services. This role is ideal for someone proactive and detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in keeping things organized and on track.What You'll Do:Provide administrative support to the Location Operations Manager, including scheduling, meeting agendas, and action item trackingAssist with reports, budgets, and planning documentsTrack and manage project and service documentation for accuracy and completenessCoordinate communication across departments: Sales, Technical Services, Project Management, and Client ServicesSupport new employee onboarding and location-level HR administrationMaintain accurate files, records, and shared resources; handle confidential information with discretionWhat You Bring:3+ years of administrative support experience; operations, construction, or technology industry a plusStrong organizational, time management, and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteProactive and resourceful — you anticipate needs and follow through without being askedHigh attention to detail and professional discretionBravas Benefits:Work directly with senior leaders and gain exposure across operations, sales, project management, and client servicesBe part of a collaborative team that values initiative and growthCompetitive pay + medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays
