Revenue Cycle Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $120,000 to $130,000 per year. Job Responsibilities:Oversee the full revenue cycle from intake and eligibility through billing, collections, and reconciliation.Set and monitor performance measures such as days outstanding, denial trends, and cash collection results.Lead denial prevention efforts through root cause review, process improvement, and control oversight.Manage internal revenue teams and coordinate with external billing partners to ensure accurate claims processing.Partner with finance and program leaders to model contract performance and report results to leadership groups.Requirements:8+ years of experience in healthcare revenue operations with demonstrated leadership responsibility.Strong working knowledge of public payer programs, county billing models, and commercial insurance processes.Previous experience managing performance across multiple systems and reconciling data between platforms.A Bachelor's degree in finance, healthcare administration, or a related field.Ability to maintain compliance with regulatory, payer, and audit requirements.Qualifications:Proven ability to lead, train, and hold teams accountable for productivity and accuracy.Strong analytical skills with experience using data to improve revenue performance.Clear communication skills for collaboration with executives, program leaders, and external partners.Previous experience optimizing workflows and supporting automation and system improvements.Professional certifications related to revenue, coding, or healthcare finance.REF #52179#LI-DD1
