Senior Financial Reporting Accountant | Remote | $110,000 to $125,000 + BenefitsWe are partnering with a growing, publicly traded organization seeking a Financial Reporting Senior to support external reporting, SEC filings, and technical accounting initiatives. This is a high visibility role within the accounting team, offering strong exposure to leadership and the opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic environment.This position will play a key role in preparing and reviewing SEC filings, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, and supporting the company’s financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical accounting foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast paced setting.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, and other required disclosuresAssist with the preparation of financial statements and footnotes in accordance with U.S. GAAPSupport technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standardsCoordinate with internal teams and external auditors during quarterly and annual reporting cyclesMaintain and enhance reporting processes, internal controls, and documentationAssist with earnings releases, investor reporting, and other ad hoc requestsReview journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules related to financial reportingPartner cross functionally with FP&A, legal, and operational teams to ensure accurate and timely reportingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA required or in progress4+ years of experience, ideally with a mix of public accounting and industryStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirementsExperience preparing or reviewing SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q)Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentStrong attention to detail and communication skillsExperience with reporting tools and large ERP systems is a plus
