Associate Attorney

Job Description:Our client is a well-established employment law firm that exclusively represents employees in workplace disputes and is seeking an attorney that is interested in employment law. We have successfully represented thousands of employees in wage-and-hour class actions and compelling workplace discrimination and harassment lawsuits against some of the world’s largest employers.Position Summary:The ideal attorney will have excellent analytical skills and stellar writing and organizational skills. You will be responsible for a limited number of cases and have direct hands-on experience drafting pleadings, motions and discovery, and handling various legal proceedings such as depositions, mediations, and representing clients in court. This is an in-person position.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolStrong writing and legal drafting skillsProficient in legal research using Lexis-Nexis and WestlawExcellent organizational and analytical skillsExperience in employment law preferredFamiliarity with legal administrative tasks and procedures
