You will develop and manage engagement strategies and initiatives that align with Honeywell’s values and business objectives.You will report directly to our Talent Engagement Leader and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement talent engagement strategies to retain and engage internal talent.Track and manage talent engagement calendar to support governance and internal ‘go-to-market’ activities.Lead annual Voice of the Employee (VOE) survey, in partnership with Labor and Employee Relations, driving project management with a focus on communications and post survey action planning.Support social and community impact initiatives and programs to engage employees in volunteerism and community partnership efforts.Support Inclusion and Engagement programs and initiatives to drive participation in Employee Networks and inclusion priorities.Track and measure programs and activities to determine impact and strategies for future investment.Oversee budget management to ensure complianceLeverage data and metrics to assess gaps and opportunities within engagement initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE 2 years of experience in Human Resources roles preferably in aerospace or technology sectors.Experience with talent engagement initiatives within a complex, fast-paced environment.Experience with metrics, analysis and reporting Effective project management skills to manage multiple priorities WE VALUE Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience in managing budgets effectively.Robust communication and influencing.Benefits Of Working For HoneywellIn addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
