Responsible for developing and executing digital media strategies that support business objectives and connect with our audience in meaningful ways.Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Management:Develop and curate engaging content for digital channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.Social Media Management:Manage daily social media activities, including posting, community engagement, and trend monitoring, to grow and maintain a strong online presence.Performance Analysis:Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to generate insights that optimize future strategies.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.Strategy Development:Contribute to the planning and execution of digital media strategies that align with broader marketing goals.Trend Monitoring:Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and compelling.Reporting:Create regular reports on campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.Minimum Skills And QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.Experience with content management systems and social media management tools.Ability to conduct interviews for content creation.An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Creative thinker with a knack for developing engaging content.Excellent project management and organizational skills.This position requires travel throughout the state of Ohio, up to 30-40% of the time.Employee Benefits401(k): Match and employer discretionary contribution.Health Insurance: Two options, including an HSA with a dollar-for-dollar match of up to $1,200 per year, are available.Dental & Vision Insurance: Comprehensive coverage options.Financial Access: Credit Union membership is available.Insurance: Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability coverage.Educational Opportunities: Scholarships for employees' spouses and children through the Ohio Machinery Education and Opportunity Foundation.Compensation: Base pay, annual bonus potential, and company success share bonuses.Physical RequirementsThe primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
