Office Assistant

Benefits:Flexible scheduleRoles & Responsibilities: As the primary person on the front lines of customer service, the office assistant handles inbound & outbound contact with customers including, but not limited to:Answer inbound phone calls promptly during business hoursRespond to any voicemails and messages from the answering service (if applicable)Respond to inbound email correspondence, and forward on as appropriateGreet customers and all other walk-insScreen incoming leads/potential customersSchedule estimate appointmentsAssist Estimators with follow-ups on pending sales/ quotes by phone and emailKeeping office clean/tidyQualifications & Educational Requirements:All candidates must be able to pass initial background check and drug testPreferred Skills:Excellent verbal/written communications skillsMicrosoft Office proficient (Word, Excel)Hardworking, motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills*Eligibility for company benefits contingent upon completion of the initial employee probationary period and at the discretion of the Franchise Owner.
