Compensation
Compensation is not a salary and is generated by the physician‑owned practice. Financial outcomes vary based on specialty scope, services offered, payer mix, physician activity, and local market conditions. Results are not guaranteed. Physicians operate their own medical practice entity and are not employees of MedCBO. MedCBO provides administrative support services only. Practice performance, revenue, and income depend on physician decisions, clinical activity, and market conditions. Practices are commonly established using standard medical practice financing programs; specific qualifications and terms are determined by the lending institution. MedCBO assists physicians in navigating financing options. MedCBO does not employ physicians and does not provide guaranteed income.
