NETA II / III / IV Commercial Industrial Technician

**Description****About the Role:**We are seeking experienced and certified NETA II, III, or IV Technicians to join our dynamic team specializing in electrical testing and commissioning for commercial and industrial facilities, with a strong emphasis on data center environments. This is a hands-on role for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, technically demanding settings and are passionate about safety, precision, and performance.**Key Responsibilities:**+ Perform acceptance and maintenance testing on electrical power systems including switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, protective relays, and related equipment.+ Conduct commissioning activities for new and upgraded electrical systems, particularly in mission-critical data center environments.+ Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and methodologies.+ Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.+ Document test results and prepare detailed reports in compliance with NETA standards.+ Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company protocols.+ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project execution.**Qualifications:**+ Active NETA Level II, III, or IV Certification (required).+ Minimum 2+ years of experience in electrical testing and commissioning.+ Experience in data center electrical systems is highly preferred.+ Strong knowledge of ANSI/NETA standards, NFPA 70E, and OSHA regulations.+ Proficiency with test equipment such as Doble, Megger, Omicron, and Fluke.+ Excellent communication and documentation skills.+ Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.**Preferred Skills:**+ Familiarity with SCADA, BMS, and other monitoring systems.+ Experience with high-voltage systems and critical power infrastructure.+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.+ Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.**Benefits**We offer a competitive range of benefits to support our employees' health, well-being, and financial security.
