Job Title: Office Authorization Representative Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $17.00 - $19.50 hourly Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0ResponsibilitiesReview patient charts to identify clinical requirements for authorizationContact insurance companies to obtain authorizations and benefits for office visits, procedures, and surgeriesCollect deductibles or out-of-pocket maximums from patients before procedures or surgeriesNavigate insurance websites to secure necessary authorizationsMaintain strong data entry skills and knowledge of Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office SuiteCommunicate effectively both verbally and in writing with team members and insurance providersWork independently or collaboratively within a team, multitasking and managing priorities efficientlyApply at least two years of experience in medical authorization processesRequirementsMinimum of 2 years' experience in medical authorization or related fieldProficiency in data entry and Electronic Medical Record systemsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and organizational skillsSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
