You'll collaborate closely with analysts, engineers, and mission stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.Design and implement high-performance, web-based graph visualization interfaces capable of rendering and interacting with large-scale datasets (thousands of nodes and edges) while maintaining responsiveness and usabilityBuild clean, reusable, and scalable frontend code using ReactJS, informed by user research, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user storiesDevelop and maintain scalable server-side applications and microservices using Node.js and Express.jsDesign, implement, and consume well-structured, secure, and documented RESTful APIsWrite and maintain automated JavaScript tests using ESLint and JestManage version control, CI/CD pipelines, and project workflows using GitLabDebug existing software, correct defects, and integrate solutions into new or modified systemsDevelop and implement algorithms that meet or exceed system performance and functional standardsAnalyze systems flow, data usage, and work processes to investigate and resolve problem areasWrite and review software and system documentation; recommend improvements to development process standardsAssist with developing and executing test procedures for software components and perform quality control on team deliverablesCoordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure operational specifications are metOperate effectively within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environmentCommunicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership and mission stakeholdersDeliver compelling product demonstrations and author accurate, concise project updatesWhat You BringProven experience designing and building large-scale graph visualization interfaces for the webStrong UI development skills with ReactJSSolid experience with Node.js and Express.js for server-side developmentDemonstrated ability to design and consume RESTful APIsProficiency with GitLab for version control, CI/CD, and project managementWorking knowledge of Section 508 / WCAG accessibility standards and implementationFamiliarity with containers (Docker) and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes (CK8S and Helm)Ability to work independently on a small team, manage timelines, and solve problems proactively with minimal supervisionExceptional communication and presentation skills20 YOE REQUIREDNice to HaveScrum Lead experience and/or certificationFamiliarity with the following Node.js and ReactJS packages: Babel, nwsapi, Winston, Graphology, AG Grid, and SigmaCompensation$252,000 - $296,000 | Salary commensurate with experienceJoin CTRL+We're building something meaningful.
