We partner with leading brands, agencies, and talent to bring immersive, in-person experiences to life through seamless planning and execution.Role OverviewThe Account Manager is the client-facing lead responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing communication, and aligning clients with internal production teams. The role will require coordination of logistics, budgets, and timelines to ensure a smooth process throughout the entirety of their events.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the lifecycle of each project.Translate client needs into actionable production plans, timelines, and deliverables.Manage day-to-day coordination across internal teams (production, creative, operations) and external vendors.Oversee production logistics, schedules, and event execution in collaboration with producers and technical leads.Ensure that deliverables meet client expectations, scope, and budget parameters.Attend client meetings, site visits, walk-throughs, and events as needed.Prepare and manage estimates, change orders, invoices, and budget reconciliations.Keep detailed project documentation and communicate status updates internally and externally.Identify opportunities for account growth and repeat business.Requirements2–4+ years of experience in account or project management within an event production company, experiential agency, or entertainment logistics role.Strong understanding of live event and physical production workflows.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Clear and confident communicator with strong client service instincts.Budget management experience, including quoting, tracking, and reconciliation.Comfortable working onsite at productions, including evenings or weekends as needed.Familiarity with permits, insurance, vendors, and production timelines.Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, and VectorworksAbility to read floor plans, schedules, and technical documents.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary401kMedical insurancePTO, Holidays, and sick leaveOpportunities to attend industry events and onsite productions
