We connect fund managers, investors, operators, and analysts through real deal flow, institutional frameworks, and curated relationships.Deal Flow Mentors are a key tier of our ecosystem—providing high-touch mentorship to analysts and scouts, guiding deal origination and execution, while benefiting from both earning opportunities and enhanced credibility across the network.Role OverviewInitio Sphere is onboarding Deal Flow Mentors to provide strategic guidance and mentorship to analysts, scouts, and deal sponsors, helping shape successful deal origination, diligence, and execution.RoleThis is an independent contractor role. Mentors operate through a verification and approval process rather than traditional employment. Once approved, Deal Flow Mentors:Mentor analysts and deal scouts on sourcing, screening, and presenting investment opportunitiesAdvise sponsors, fund managers, and investors on deal origination strategies and capital market positioningAccess curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposureBuild a verified Mentor Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystemIdeal candidates are experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven record of sourcing, closing, or advising on capital transactions.What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)Approved Deal Flow Mentors MayGuide analysts and scouts on sourcing proprietary or high-quality investment opportunitiesAdvise on deal qualification, market positioning, and introduction strategyMentor analysts and scouts on financial modeling, diligence handoffs, and deal execution workflowSupport deal sponsors with structuring, diligence oversight, and early-stage negotiation guidanceParticipate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investorsMentors focus on strategic guidance, deal flow optimization, and relationship-driven activation.
