With a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, TIME Manufacturing Company designs and manufactures top-tier products that enable professionals to operate safely and efficiently at various heights.Job SummaryThe Order Lifecycle Project Manager owns the lifecycle of every order from Order Entry through Installation to Shipment, ensuring technical readiness, schedule adherence, milestone compliance, installation completion, shipment and invoicing.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Order OwnershipControl the order lifecycle and schedule.Track milestone completion and enforce functional/stages adherence.Drive daily/weekly follow-up across Procurement, Engineering, Scheduling and Production.Escalate risks to the Director of Order Management.Provide daily visibility to leadership on order status, risks, and progress.Production Readiness ResponsibilitiesConduct recurring production readiness reviews for all units approaching install bays.Mediate unit drawings between Engineering and costumers.Identify risk to production start.Maintain visibility and performance metrics related to order lifecycle.QualificationsStrong project management experienceAbility to coordinate across multiple functions/departmentsHigh attention to detail and documentation accuracyFamiliarity with Project Management Tools or PM Certified.Strong communication and follow-up disciplineAbility to influence without direct authorityProblem Solving Willing to travel up to 50% of the timePage BreakCore BenefitsCompetitive salary and bonus structureComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesCollaborative and innovative work environmentEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO) StatementTime Manufacturing Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
