Senior Software Test Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Test & Validation Engineer to serve as the Product Owner for Test, responsible for defining and driving the overall testing strategy for hardware-integrated systems. This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong technical depth and the ability to translate customer needs into robust validation solutions.The ideal candidate is a thought leader who can drive quality from a systems perspective—not a tactical/manual tester.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the overall test and validation strategyTranslate customer requirements into technical validation solutionsOwn, build, and prioritize the team backlog; define user stories and acceptance criteriaLead Program Increment (PI) planning and coordinate cross-team dependenciesFormally approve features and user stories based on defined "Definition of Done"Ensure compliance with FDA / regulated environment standardsFacilitate cross-functional collaboration and promote built-in qualityPresent technical findings and project results to diverse stakeholder groupsRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in software testing for hardware-integrated or embedded systemsStrong experience in Verification & Validation (V&V)Experience in FDA, FAA, or other regulated environmentsStrong leadership and Product Owner mindsetExperience working in Agile or SAFe environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsJ-18808-Ljbffr
