Primary responsibilities include heavy emphasis on payroll, account reconciliation, analysis, financial reporting and processing expense reports. Key responsibilities include: Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis, including processing timecards, pay rate changes, producing checks and direct deposits Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end account reconciliations Prepare journal entries on a weekly/monthly basis Prepare regularly scheduled and on-demand analysis, as required Process improvements Perform other accounting duties as requested Adhere to company policy and strict processing deadlines
