Inventory Support Specialist 2nd Shift
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Inventory Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal supervision. This individual must demonstrate sound decision-making abilities, effective time management, and strong communication skills-both verbal and written.Primary Responsibilities:Perform daily cycle counts and scheduled inventory auditsInvestigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies by assessing variances from system recordsConduct root cause analyses to prevent recurring issuesProvide guidance and training to team members on proper inventory control practices and proceduresEnsure compliance with GMP, personal hygiene standards, HACCP, and all applicable quality and safety regulationsComplete ad hoc inventory-related tasks as assigned Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and WordGeneral computer literacy, including comfort with inventory systems and data entry1-3 years of cycle-count, warehousing, or material handling experience in a manufacturing or distribution environmentStrong mathematical and analytical capabilityForklift Certification Preferred (required to obtain certification if hired)Ability to lift 50lb on an occasional basisExcellent communication, organizational and time management skillsSelf-motivated and goal driven with strong attention to detailAbility to work well with a team
