If you want to build something that matters, keep reading.About The RoleWe're a 100-person startup on a fast growth trajectory and we're looking for an experienced IT professional to help us scale to 200 and beyond.This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you'll own and evolve our IT infrastructure end-to-end: from the network under our feet to the SaaS tools our teams rely on every day. You'll be a trusted partner to our Engineering and Operations teams and help ensure our systems scale reliably as we grow.If you enjoy building reliable, scalable systems and helping people work more effectively in a fast-moving environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoNetwork & InfrastructureOwn and maintain our office Wi-Fi networks, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performance connectivity across all spacesMonitor network health, troubleshoot issues proactively, and plan for capacity as headcount growsManage VPN, firewall configurations, and network segmentation in collaboration with Security and Engineering teamsEndpoint ManagementManage the full lifecycle of company laptops (Mac and/or PC): procurement, imaging, configuration, deployment, and retirementAdminister our MDM platform (Mosyle) to enforce device policies and maintain complianceMaintain hardware inventory and ensure equipment is always ready for new hiresA/V & Conference RoomsOwn the setup, maintenance, and reliability of conference rooms and A/V equipmentHelp troubleshoot video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) to ensure a smooth hybrid meeting experienceEvaluate and implement improvements to our meeting room technology as we expandSaaS & Identity ManagementManage user provisioning and deprovisioning across our SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and others)Partner with HR and Operations to build and maintain efficient onboarding and offboarding processOwn identity and directory management through Google Workspace while maintaining least-privilege accessCross-functional PartnershipPartner with Engineering on infrastructure areas such as networking, security tooling, and developer toolingWork with Operations to ensure IT readiness for new hires, office changes, and company eventsDocument systems, processes and runbooks so knowledge is accessible and sharedWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience in an IT or systems administration role, ideally at a startup or high-growth environmentHands-on experience with macOS and/or Windows endpoint management and modern MDM platformStrong understanding of network fundamentals (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs)Experience managing SaaS provisioning, particularly with Google WorkspaceFamiliarity with A/V systems and conference room technology (Zoom Rooms, PA Systems, Microphones, Google Meet hardware, etc.)A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesStrong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleaguesOrganized and thoughtful about documentation and processBonus Points ForExperience with automation and scripting (bash, Python, or similar)Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001)Experience supporting hybrid or distributed teamsExperience helping scale IT systems during company growthWhy This RoleHigh ownership and visibility as the company growsWork alongside a collaborative Engineering and Operations teamOpportunity to build and improve IT systems, not just maintain themCompetitive salary, equity, and benefitsWhat It Is Like To Work HereWe win and lose together as one team. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
