Logistics Assistant

Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics / Order Entry Assistant to support daily order processing and coordination. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication between sales, customers, and overseas factories while managing the full lifecycle of orders from entry through delivery.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively multitask, and brings a proactive, "can-do" attitude to every aspect of their work.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for sales representatives, customers, and overseas factories regarding order status and updatesProvide daily updates to customers and internal teams on order progressEnter and process purchase orders accurately in the system and transmit to factoriesCoordinate artwork approvals and revisions with internal teams and overseas partnersTrack shipments and proactively resolve any delivery or logistics issuesMaintain order logs, status reports, and timelines to ensure on-time deliveryAssist with customer invoicing and related documentationCommunicate with customers via phone and email to provide consistent, high-level serviceQualifications1–3+ years of experience in order entry, logistics, customer service, or a related roleStrong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with numbers, systems, and spreadsheets (Excel proficiency preferred)Experience coordinating with overseas vendors or factories is a plusWhat We're Looking ForHighly organized with strong follow-throughEnergetic, adaptable, and able to multitask effectivelyTeam player with a positive attitude and strong work ethicProactive problem-solver with a sense of urgencyComputer-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
