About the job:ROLE: Process Engineer (BGA Rework)LENGTH: 6+ Months Contract (potential to extend)LOCATION: Onsite – Hudson, NHSHIFT: | 7:30 AM StartResponsibilities:• Develop, improve, and sustain manufacturing processes for complex electronic assemblies.• Support BGA rework, thermal profiling, and process optimization activities.• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.Required:• Process/Manufacturing Engineering experience in electronics, aerospace, or defense manufacturing.• Hands-on BGA (Ball Grid Array) rework and repair experience (Required).• Experience using Air-Vac/DRS25/DRS27 rework systems (Strongly Preferred).• Experience developing BGA thermal profiles.• Experience supporting electronic assembly manufacturing processes.• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and cross-functional communication skills.Compensation (Pay Transparency):Estimated hourly range: $52–$58/hr (W2)Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results
