Emergency Claims Dispatcher

Job Title: Emergency Dispatch (Claims Adjuster)Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote role)Duration: 6-12 MonthsJob description:Dispatch emergency claims and day to day claims to vendors within our contract network; follow up on requests, must have great customer service skills, tone, voice inflection, etc. and willing to work on call 7 days per week.Must be Self-motivated, able to work OT as needed. nights and weekend on call, customer service, collections, computer experience, any property claims (even FNOL) is a plusNote: Need experience in Dispatching emergency claims. They should work 7 days, and no time offs will be given in next 90 days and working hours would be either 10 to 7 PM or 12 to 9 PM EST
