Lead Mold Maker

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Latex and Polyurethane mold maker for our decorative precast concrete company. We have housing available and can provide a housing allowance. We also will help relocate for the right candidate. The pay is based on experience. This position would be for the Lead Mold Making position. You would report directly to the Production Manager. Duties - Prep Models - Create rubber and fiberglass molds - Manage assistants Experience - Proficiency in latex and polyurethane rubber - Proficiency in fiberglass shell molds - Mechanical knowledge for mold construction - Precast Concrete or Plaster This is a creative manufacturing company so we welcome candidates with artistic sensibilities.
