Role: Latam Operations Analyst.Location: Remote - Latam.Type of contract: Independent Contractor Agreement.We're seeking an Latam Operations Analyst to work with our client's company, which is dedicated to serving high-growth B2B companies in the mid-market and enterprise segments, providing innovative solutions designed to unlock their full potential.Key Responsibilities Data Analyst (Primary Focus)Analyze large datasets in Google Sheets and distill insights to create a compelling Google Slide deck for our proof of concept (POC) presentations to prospective customers.Work with complex Google Sheets queries, including VLOOKUPs, table building, and other data manipulation techniques.Collaborate with the team to streamline processes while ensuring high-quality, accurate reporting. Customer Success OperationsUtilize our internal dashboard of usage metrics to periodically analyze data and present it in a customer-friendly format that promotes adoption and boosts renewal rates.Partner with the customer success team for various data pulls and analyses, ensuring data-driven decisions.Build charts and visual representations of data and be comfortable slicing data from CSV files. Familiarity with SQL is a plus. Sales OperationsSupport the sales team in building targeted lists using tools such as Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot Marketing.Help increase sales productivity through effective data organization and insights.QualificationsProven experience in data analysis and familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel.Strong analytical skills with a focus on extracting meaningful insights from data.Experience with customer success metrics and reporting.Proficient in building charts and data visualization.Knowledge of SQL is a strong advantage.Experience with sales tools like Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot is a plus.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.¡Apply now!
